The items before the Planning Board tomorrow include:
a 5-story, 300-unit project one block from the Liberty State Park light rail station at 100 Monitor St
approvals for the plan to build a 14-story, 113-unit microapartment building at 87 Newkirk in Journal Square. Previous plans had been for a 12-story, 111-unit building (render of previous plans below):
and a 6-story 54-unit building at 17-19 Perrine Ave in Journal Square (rendering below):
