The DND arrangement is well done, IMO. Many of the less security-critical positions are remaining in the core, while the rest are consolidated to a securable location. This is contrast with the RCMP where the entire department was moved out to the Greenbelt when a bunch of them could have remained...

More than a bunch of them have indeed remained... enough to continue to occupy the entire RCMP HQ complex at the Vanier Pkwy & Coventry, as well as a satellite building at Vanier Pkwy & McArthur.
