A few suggested changes:
There aren't 30+ buildings in the proposed dell medical center. The master plan is attached. See page 32. Anything connected by grey is a single structure, and none of them will be that tall, so they'll appear as if a single structure instead of appearing as two towers on a single podium. There are 12 additional buildings planned past what is either already under construction (4) or immediately planned (the psych hospital transition), it seems to me given what we know now about the Seton Master Plan (which takes away a few of UT's potential structures).

Nor are there 34 proposed buildings in the capitol complex expansion. There are only 6 new buildings, actually, 2 per phase, and only the first two are funded. The parking garage has yet to be funded, the pedestrian mall, etc, as well, yet they are planned. All other massings are simply for show of what could maybe happen when the state decides decades in the future to expand again.
