Yeah the tax is only metro Vancouver. With that in mind place like Abbotsford and Chilliwack could see some growth. I'm even thinking place like Kelowna will also get something from the lack of tax being there.

I mean we should tax all of the province but if not I'd say those place will grow and pricing there will be jumping way up in no time at all since they will be able to get a foot in the door to BC.
