Did you mean to say "then" not "in"? And if so was that a sarcastic comment?
I actually applaud Tridel for going with curtain-wall on what could be considered the ass end of the building. It looks like the corner is getting the same treatment. Both north and south sides are getting spandrel but they are also installing prominent vertical elements that should unify the floors.
