If the glass is anywhere near as reflective as the rendering shows, I would be pleased. At that point, it's less of a blue or green issue and more of a reflection of everything around it...spring/summer colors, sunsets, etc.
...but then you also have the possibility of it reflecting the blue of the other buildings downtown....
