Very exciting! Although still very preliminary, this is the furthest along the DRL planning process has gotten by a huge margin.

Although it's not as public facing, I believe that internally this is top priority for the TTC and City Planning. Political will is a lot easier to garner when plans are at the funding stage. Also the latest iteration of the Scarborough subway is starting to get a lot of flack - which I'm not convinced isn't an intentional move on Tory's part (although I'm not actually opposed to a subway per se).
