I'm pretty sure that's for the main terminal expansion. The 1st phase is clearing a few buildings, laying more concrete for expanded apron and then actually building the terminal.
I don't remember seeing anything about having to clear buildings for the south terminal renovation. What indication is there for the south terminal being delayed? The council gave final approval last year.
