Obviously some Chicagoans will buy it, but I honestly think this building will be for many people who don't call Chicago home. Look at those renderings above - people who know the city wouldn't be so dumb to think that the building is in the lake.
Also, I saw somewhere that there's already been 130 or 150 units sold.
