With the mechanical and hopefully a crown or some spire, would it be bullish to say that this possibly could dethrone Nordstrom (CPT)? Lets just take the 1436' figure, and realistically, mechanical + a crown/spire could add an extra 150 ft.
If so, and I hope it happens, maybe Barnett will stop being silly and add a spire. Make it the nice 1775 ft height again or even better, dethrone 1WTC.
Hope for a skyscraper war, just like the ESB vs Chrysler. I'm hoping that figure pertains to the occupied space. If thats the case, it will be taller.
