Indeed, I was thinking the same thing. I betcha it'll look more like a 12-13 storey building with it's position on that hillside. It'll be a defining feature of Dieppe. Dieppe city council should do whatever it takes to facilitate this project,
but given the prominence that this building will have on the skyline, care should be taken to ensure that this building is not an ugly or generic "commie block" type structure.
I'm not saying that city council should place outrageous design restrictions on the structure, just make sure that the cladding is contemporary and visually pleasing.........
