I'm sure this will be the standard set-back for Peachtree Street.

One concern that I have is with all of the retail on Juniper, if this will be set up for failure. I mean do we really expect to have thriving boutiques along Juniper? In thinking about major retail corridors, very often you go one street over and there is a lot less retail, if any at all.

I am glad that this plan is activating that side of the block but I am wondering if it shouldn't be geared more toward neighborhood type retail and services such as what has already found its way to Juniper street (Ace Hardware, Drs offices, etc).
