I'm trying to think of any other buildings that have had a similar problem DT but I can't think of any.
The water table must poke up in that area cause it's like they hit a spring or something. Its not like there haven't been any other buildings built along Shoal in fact it's the opposite. Several buildings have gone up but I don't remember if they had anything similar. They didn't have a problem with the Fairmont dig and it's next to Waller.
