You "guess" because once again you are forming emotional opinions in line with your dreams and desires, rather than referring to anything factual or relevant.
Whether or not there are a lot of tenants lining up for these spaces remains to be seen. There is nothing currently pointing to inevitable success. In fact, being doubtful due to the lack of announcements, while still speculative and premature, makes more sense than what you have posited.
The ad nauseam rant of "I want more malls and therefore all facts should be twisted in that direction" is frankly tiresome, akin to a child throwing a temper tantrum every time things don't go their way.
