Puccini's on Broadway development
This development is adjacent to the PATH line and
there is a long standing rumor that a new PATH station, called Marion will be built west of Journal Square.
We should probably make a thread for Puccini redevelopment. There is one more development proposal behind the Lowe's Theater at Journal Square for a 45 and 12 story tower.
