Second, I don't see how you come to a downer conclusion from that quoted statement. Can you imagine erecting a skyscraper without it entailing a lot of processes? It sounds like progress to me, but maybe you know something about developers' double-speak that I don't know. Taken at face value, "We're right in the middle" means that there's a lot of activity going on right now, and "a lot of processes" means that said activity pertains to many aspects of what needs to happen in order to bring this to fruition. So, take THAT, ya nattering nabob of negativism!
