This should probably post on the Austin Proper thread, but here is a link to the Austin Proper floor plans. It appears that the units with exposure to the alley will indeed have lots of windows or glass facing the office tower. These units are on pretty high floors, but they will still have office workers for close by neighbors. I would imagine that makes for an interesting sales pitch from the Austin Proper folks.
