There are 92 units with 394 beds. The project is in the University Neighborhood Overlay (UNO) district and will comply with the design guidelines for the UNO as well as Smart Housing and AEGB (Austin Energy Green Building) one star. There is a leasing office on the ground floor, an exercise room on parking level 1 and an interior courtyard with a swimming pool and spa.

Project also includes site work, concrete, masonry, metals, wood plastics and composites, thermal and moisture protection, openings, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishings, conveying equipment, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm – addressable and exterior improvements.
