It should, but that would require an expensive cantilever over the expressway, something like the Boeing Headquarters. That ain't happening on a cheap-o rental tower. Still, the effort is weak, K2 is weak, that whole "neighborhood" of towers over there is weak. Whatever, at least none of it is
bad...
