Is he a pirate? Or is he just be-bearded, wearing capris, sandals and a low cut T-shirt/blazer combo?
Is that the demographic for Third + Shoal?
One other thing that made me laugh in the marketing. "Unobstructed views of Shoal Creek and Lady Bird Lake" - yep, unobstructed for the silver of the building that peeks around Austin Proper's setbacks, but I'm pretty sure the remaining 90% of the building has their lake views absolutely obstructed by Austin Proper. Marketing magic.
