Yes. Hunks of plaster and stucco falling into the street looks great alongside the rusted fire escapes and dripping a.c units. Though generally I'm not huge on stucco renovations, this one is quite welcome. The units will also be getting energy efficient new windows, as well as renovations to Crazy Bill's storefront.
