Here is an update on the latest permit activity concerning several projects that are either not approved or don't have a publicly announced or permit specified start date.

Trinity Place/99 Trinity - Last site plan update was 12/22/14, 180 day site plan update extension expires 12/17/15

Waterloo Park Hotel - Last site plan update was 06/10/15, 180 day site plan update extension expires on 12/21/15

So we should be hearing something about Trinity Place and Waterloo Park Hotel within a couple months.

North Shore Lofts - Last site plan update was 04/16/15, 180 day extension expires on 03/21/16

6th & Nueces Hotel - No update since initial filing on 06/11/15
