Not in Center City. 20th and Walnut - Apple. Broad and Spruce - Stella Artois. 30th and Arch - Yahoo. Subway platforms - AT&T, ESPN, Coca-Cola. SEPTA bus stands - Verizon, Universal Pictures. Really it depends on who sells the ad-space, but if you get a proper national player - with the eyeball demographics in place on ME - and the quality of the actual display - the only people who will be able to afford the buys will be larger brands.
I'm assuming you're referencing the LIT signage - I'd give it time though.
