They should just go LED. It seems pointless to shut one of the most iconic highrise crowns off so early. In most other cities I've seen buildings are lit up till at least 2 a.m. A few of the buildings DT turn their lights off then and most leave them on all night. I think 3rd @ Colorado stays lit till 2.
