I have a few fantasies about using the interior atrium of Dearborn Station:
1.) Classic Hollywood-style lounge/restaurant on ground floor (many movie stars would stop at the station on their way to LA in early Hollywood), big band-style performances on upper terrace at south end, private dining rooms in the 2nd floor atrium offices
2.) Blow out the office addition on the south end and kill the parking lot separating the station from the park, build a conservatory that extends from the south end of the station as a gateway to the park (which needs to be redone as well)
3.) Create a smaller version of Cleveland's Market:

None of these will happen until I get very rich though
