The seven-story building will contain 15 apartments, stacked on top of a 2,800-square-foot church in the first floor and cellar. The Pentecostal Church of God, which owns the property, will occupy the space. It will have enough room to seat 436 people, according to Schedule A filings. Developer Reuben Pinner told us he’s partnering with the church, rather than leasing or buying the site outright.

Those 15 apartments will be divided across 17,305 square feet of residential space, with average units weighing in around 1,153 square feet. The number of units will gradually increase as the floors go up, beginning with four apartments on the second floor and continuing up to a full-floor penthouse on the seventh floor. Pinner says condos are likely, but he’s still working out most of the details. Amenities will include a roof deck and a landscaped interior courtyard.
