Buzzg I think that's a great idea. I thought the same watching traffic turn onto Donald from St. Mary's at rush hour. Expropriate one lanes width of property from every vacant lot in the downtown. And if the lot has four sides on the street take four separate widths of property. They aren't using it.

Also the buses do hold up the bikes on many streets.
