Agreed. Old city developments have been hit or miss, but with more hit than miss as of late. Shirt Corner apartments are coming out better than expected, and while the design may not be that innovative, the urban functionality, street presence, ect. are spot on. I actually also rather like the Little Boys Court development. It's good infill. The design brings some solid density and looks like it will really activate the street there. This is 1000 time better than the craptastic garage-front row home developments that have been popping up.
