Description :
The purpose of this application is to permit the demolition of the four residential units at 250, 252, and 254 Parkdale Avenue and 1518 Scott Street, when no building permit for replacement has been issued. The dwellings are to be replaced by a temporary sales centre for another development proposed by Richcraft at 159, 163, and 167 Parkdale.
