steyin, are you there regularly? Can you give updates? Are the stores demo'd yet? Are they excavating?
I'm so happy for this development.
About the stores. It's happening all over the city: mom and pops displaced by national chains and bank branches. Nothing new there. Blame New Yorkers. They like their Starbucks and CVS's.
