[Tech House]

That block is a dead zone on Sixth, along with one or two blocks to the west of there, which is very strange to walk past when you're going from one vibrant zone to the other. It would be nice to see some kind of activity happening there that ties things together. That building is beautiful architecturally, but as a functional piece it feels (to me) like it sucks energy from the whole area. Glad to know they're going to do something with the block, and that the majority of participants in the ABJ poll would like to see a mixed-use project there.
