I'd hate though to buy a 2 bedroom and the size makes it kind of just turn into a 1 bedroom with an office. Personally I think 2 bedrooms should be at least 900 sq ft minimum and 3 bedrooms 1200 sq ft minimum. But they'd lose probably 120 units in a highrise if they did that and that's basically $20 million.
As long as people buy them I guess. It makes those larger apartments of equal room count in other towers worth just that much more on the market I think.

You are right. Or they will advertise it as a 2 bedroom when it is really a den.
I understand the end result is to be profitable however 800sqft for a 2 bed is tiny. Especially in a townhouse!
