Yah that just seems super cramped. I'm just not sure with developers these days. Makes sense though money is their motivator not comfort. I don't blame the architects because quite honestly I'm sure they are all told "Cram as many individual units into the building as you can!" so the only way is to make super tight units.

I'd hate though to buy a 2 bedroom and the size makes it kind of just turn into a 1 bedroom with an office. Personally I think 2 bedrooms should be at least 900 sq ft minimum and 3 bedrooms 1200 sq ft minimum. But they'd lose probably 120 units in a highrise if they did that and that's basically $20 million.

As long as people buy them I guess. It makes those larger apartments of equal room count in other towers worth just that much more on the market I think.
