I'm glad I'm not the only one thinking the 2 bedrooms are strange not just in this development. It seems the 1-bedrooms have increased in average size (just over 600 sq ft) but where you used to see 900-1000 sq.ft 2 bedrooms they are shrinking so you get these 700-800 sq.ft 2 bedroom. Makes the bedrooms either just too small for my liking or like you said, they cram a few rooms together awkwardly.
I think every bedroom should be able to fit a king size bed and at least a couple end-tables or it is just too small. Seems they are shrinking them to only fit a queen if that in the newer highrises going up.

There were a few options for the TH. - I did like the roof top terraces.
980-1027sqft - 383,900 - 3B/3B
Then the 2B would vary from as low as 349,900 to - 385k - max size was 855sqft.
