But the entire plan will be developed over the next couple of years, my guess is that any previous plans are merely suggestions at this point, but I know that a even a reduction of Dewdney to 2 lanes is up for debate.
It should prove interesting. The only problem is that the project is beginning as the economy is slowing down.
