No that's a brown primer they spray on the foam board then install the concrete panels to the outside of the building. But yes I agree the final product is looking much better than I ever imagined initially. I especially like the Art Deco touches to the lobby that are a nod to the old Charity and the chandelier that's a map of Nola.
