As for that building on St Joseph Street. Its actually on a discovery channel program that's now on Netflix. Something about hiddenworlds at the microscopic level. Pretty neat look at the building.

Both the Poydras and St Charles sites are prime real estate and VERY ugly buildings, but I assume that AT&T has greater priorities than relocating and re-engineering already installed equipment.
