While I am happy to see that lot finally developed ( vacant for at least 28 years.... not sure how long). However, a quick search thru the developing company portfolio shows all suburbanish or corporate park buildings. There are 2 towers in Philly... but very bland.
Fingers crossed they find some style for Austin. !!!!!!
