Wow, definitely didn't see this one coming... But very excited to see the plans; and happy that the 55 floor tower is phase 1 (not 2). I agree it's a great location, right in front of the museum, across the bridge from Parliament and DT Ottawa and the panoramic views at the top should be spectacular! Fingers crossed too for good innovative architecture as the articles states they are tall, thin and good looking..

Good to see development in the downtown Hull side.. If there is one place that is more dead than the CBD and Sparks St in Ottawa outside business hours, its' downtown Hull.
