With regards to the train not dropping you off at the Stadium. There isn't much that could have been done to remedy that situaiton. They weren't going to run tracks right to THF and build a station. And building the stadium near the James St go station was killed a long time ago.
Not sure what else they could have done? I don't think its unreasonable to take a train and then a short 10 minute bus ride to the game, you're right though some ppl may not like that. But in the end most people will probably be driving to Hamilton and not taking the train.
Also I know there will be a large parking lot at the old Dominion Glass property behind Freshco. They're holding off on remediation and constructing the soccer field until after the Pan Ams to allow for parking.
