I'm not in love with it either. It's interesting, but not attractive. Still, it will serve as one of the landmark buildings that identify the skyline.

An important missing piece in this rendering is the Fifth and West tower. Does anyone know, will that be to the left or right of the Capitol from this angle? It could help balance things a bit by making the Independent look slightly less dominant, awkward, and alone.
