Imperial sold the lot downtown that Oxford is now proposed on.
Imperial is moving to a corporate campus about 12 kms south of downtown
. For that reason I avoid buying gas at Esso now
Still lots of possibilities for +200m towers downtown though. I'm confident many will happen, just not until the next cycle (3-5 years
).
