^^ Great... our boneheaded legislature will mandate a delay-prone configuration for ORD with crossing runways. That'll do wonders to keep carriers and attract new routes...
Hopefully Rauner is smart enough not to hobble O'Hare, or at least to line-item veto the provision about keeping the diagonal runways open.
