Yeah, downtown is officially defined now as the area between Lamar and I-35 east to west, and from north to south from 19th (MLK) to Cesar Chavez. Although, the Rainey Street area is south of Cesar Chavez Street, but that area was also always included in part of downtown. It just wasn't zoned CBD.
