It's not even open yet!? Doubt it will now. Seems the "Target" letters have been there for a while but the logo was never installed (or vis-versa).
EDIT: just realized citydwlr already mentioned it
Anyway, after the whole renovation and cladding half the mall with red plastic, I guess they will have to re-clad that whole section.
