I'd assume they'd halt development on this location altogether. I was there last weekend, and the signage still wasn't up (on the interior anyway). I think a giant white target symbol is hung on the side of the mall's exterior wall facing the QEW though. The 3rd floor entrance in the mall was papered up, so I couldn't see inside to gauge how much interior work had been done, but enough work had been done on the entrance itself (new walls w/ cladding, and 1 or 2 glass panels).
