I've been hearing that even Ottawa Street is nearly full and rents are starting to slowly rise. There's always Barton and Kenilworth though, also walkable streets with great bones. I've already been noticing a few new businesses on Barton in the past 6 months. Nothing terribly fancy but it's an upgrade from empty stores and abandonments. In this town, everything starts from humble beginnings.
