The new emerging projects poster has a previously unheard of project for the block on the east side of 12th & I35.
43. 12th & 35 (R103) Planned The project is proposed to have 363 high-rise apartment units, 297 attached senior adult housing units and a 70,000 sq. ft. supermarket
That's 660 units on top of a 70k sq ft grocery store....all on one block. That's gotta be a massive building and possibly east Austin's tallest tower.
