The site at 28th and Vallejo has equipment and a trailer staged on it within the past few days.
It is great to see that rendering; I don't think I'd ever seen one on here. The zoning is 5 stories on the curved lot with the old USA Today building, and 3 stories on the two parking lots.
Many sites claim it, but this site will have arguably the best views in the Lower Highland district.
