Under current
Lakeshore West scheduling, stations from Aldershot to Union are 6 minutes apart on average. (This spacing seems to carry over to
Lakeshore East as well.)
Trains currently take 15 minutes to get from Hamilton GO Centre to Aldershot GO in the morning, 17 minutes to cover the same distance in the evening.
